The 2nd Annual Hop River 5K/10K took place on Saturday, August 9th at 9 AM. The race was well attended and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive from the participants. In total, 94 runners took part in the 5K, and 53 in the 10K.
It was a beautiful, sunny, not too hot, August day. The Hop River Rail Trail is well suited for a running race; flat, soft surface, shady and scenic.
