Day of race registration and packet pick-up
Make a good first impression on your runners with efficient registration and packet pick-up on the day of your race.
We’ll bring pop-up tents and tables, and manage volunteers.
Course management
We will set up all signage on the course, including mile markers and directional signs.
We will also organize your volunteers and make sure that marshals are well briefed and stationed at water stops and at regular intervals along the course.
Finish line
We will set up a professional finish line before the race, including any banners or decorations you would like.
And take it down of course!
Refreshment stops
We will provide tables, cups, jugs for water/energy drink, and garbage cans.
We can organize and brief volunteers who will be manning these refreshment stops.
We can also help with post-race refreshments.
